This month, Integrity Staffing Solutions is celebrating a major milestone: our 25th anniversary!

For two-and-a-half decades, we have been connecting job seekers with the tools and pathways to advance their career and reach their potential, all while supporting employers as they look to invest in their talent. It’s a big job but it’s one that we have been thrilled to have been able to undertake now for 25 years.

Throughout that time, Integrity has grown, changed and certainly learned—but we haven’t wavered from the vision our founders, Todd Bavol and Sean Montgomery, had for this work in the organization’s humble beginnings: to be a vehicle for all individuals seeking meaningful opportunities. In an industry where so much focus is often placed on employers, we have always been associate-first—as a way to support both our individual team members and the wider communities in which they live and work. This spirit shows itself in our benefits programs, educational offerings and philanthropic ventures—which are going to take center stage this anniversary month.

To celebrate this milestone, Integrity is recommitting to the community with donations of $25,000 to 25 different organizations that are doing incredible work in the communities we serve across the country. The charities represent the diverse interests of our associates and highlight the depth and breadth of our community investment: including children’s organizations like St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Children’s Advocacy Center; LGBTQ groups like The Trevor Project; healthcare agencies such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; social service groups including the Autism Society of Kentucky; and animal welfare nonprofits such as Companion Animals.

While this $25,000 donation is a way for Integrity Staffing Solutions to give back in honor of our anniversary, investing in the community is something that is not a one-off for us: All year long, we recognize the need to support the incredible organizations that are powering our communities. For instance, our year-round community partnerships include with Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG), which connects underserved students with career training and more, and Comfort Cases, which provides resources for youth in the foster care system.

That community spirit we seek to instill across our organization will be especially vibrant this month, as the entire Integrity community comes together to celebrate this special milestone. All month, we will be highlighting the contributions of some of our “Staffing Stars,” associates who go above and beyond for their teams, organizations and communities. We’re excited to share their stories and celebrate all that we can learn from their example.

For 25 years, we have had the privilege of helping our associates find the careers that can help them make a difference in their communities—and we are looking forward to continuing that mission for the next 25 and beyond!
