Integrity Staffing Solutions Promotes Several Team Leaders as Company Focuses on Growth

NEWARK, DE – July 6, 2022 – Integrity Staffing Solutions, the engine of opportunity for job seekers across the United States, has announced the promotion of several key team leaders responsible for sales, recruitment, and customer service as they prepare for aggressive expansion goals over the next five years.

The transition of these exceptional leaders is a clear reflection of Integrity’s continued commitment toward operational and leadership excellence and enhances the organization’s ability to continue providing award-winning associate and client experiences.

Announced in today’s promotions are:

Christine Proffitt

Christine, an Integrity Staffing 21-year veteran, will move into the role of Executive Vice President, Sales. In this position, Christine will oversee the overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of revenue and gross profit goals, and aligning strategic sales objectives with Integrity’s business strategy.

 

Tony Martin

Tony will transition into the role of Executive Vice President, Retail Division. He will oversee all aspects of Integrity’s Retail branch operations, achieving operations and profit goals and aligning strategic branch operations and growth goals with Integrity’s business strategy.

 

Jeannette Blake

In just over three years, Jeannette has grown the Southeast Region at an impressive rate. She will now transition to the sales team role as Vice President, Sales, lending her many years of sales expertise and leadership to Integrity’s regional and national sales directors.

 

Christine Cesani

Christine, a 20-year staffing industry veteran, has been promoted from the Sr. Recruiting Operations Manager into the role of Area Director. She will lead and grow the branch operations in Georgia and Florida.

 

Integrity celebrates these promotions as each will have a significant impact and will help continue building on the strong foundation that the organization has built over the past 25 years, by generating opportunities for people to exceed their expectations and advance careers and communities.
